So i didnt repost yesterday because I basically didnt do anything i said i was going to. i didnt go grocery shopping, and i didnt do the picnic thing, i just ended up going over to my friends new apartment and hanging out. We did go for a nice long walk in the gorgeous weather, though, which was really nice.
I will go grocery shopping today though, a very small trip, to get some food for the boy while he stays with my dog while I am gone. I need to get enough to keep him alive, but not enough to keep him full, or else I would have any money left for the trip.
Im going to go to the gym today. I havent been in forveer because they weather has been so nice, but I am really starting to miss my free weights. I really dont have anything to do today which means Ill get a nice long workout in without having to watch the clock. Sunday workouts are my favorite. I try new things, take my time, and dont have to fight for any space because there is barely anyone there.
I got a great question from Hallie through my email about how to end sessions with trainers and how to continue on by yourself. Tomorrows post will be about how to develope your own routine ad how to know when to add more weight/reps/change exercises, etc. Man, if I keep telling you guys this stuff Im going to be out of a job. I thnk once you read it though you’ll still want a trainer because it is A LOT to think about/keep track of.
AND i cant get any freakin pictures to upload because I DONT UNDERSTAND this new program so my sister is going to have to teach me. No worries things will be back to normal soon.
