Can’t Get The Hang of This Schedule

I’ve got a weird schedule today: 11:15 to around 8:00pm, which means my day is completely flip flopped. Im not adjusting well, and I have a ton of stuff i have to do and I’m sitting in front of this stupid box still drinking coffee, but it’ll all get done eventually.

I have been pedometer free and treadmill bound for a while now and I love it. I feel like my cardio is way more intense and I get it in every day because I don’t have to drive anywhere. If you have the means and its a chore to get your cardio in, I highly recommend picking on up.
