Those of you that have been reading for a while know that I do not like cardio. You also know how much I love strength training.
I was just sitting here thinking about my workouts the past week trying to justify taking the night off and I have done cardio EVERY night this week and I haven’t strength trained AT ALL.
Since I got my treadmill, I haven’t been to the gym. Which is fine, that’s the reason I got it. It just doesn’t occur to me to do strength training at home.
Poo.
Guess I can’t take the night off. The plus side of it is, I’m starting to like cardio and getting a lot more of it in.
I’m off to kettlebell.
