
Am I the only one that thinks Madonna might have a negative body fat percentage?
Ever wonder what her workout is like? Wonder no more.

My sister sent me this article where a normal size-14 woman is put through Madonna’s workouts for 5 weeks. She almost didn’t make it.
I think there is a line when it comes to being in shape, and Madonna has crossed mine. She not only crossed it, she ripped it up off the ground, and snapped it in half, like a railroad tie I saw her break not too long ago.
Apparently, my favorite girl Qwyneth Paltrow does the same workout- yet she is less walking-death than Madonna. There must be some differences in their routines, cause I don’t understand how one woman turns into a skeletor she-hulk and the next is perfectly normal, yet slender.
Meh, who cares, they are celebrities. I lost interest.
Althought I would love to give this workout a shot. Just to see if I could make it.
