		<description>Thanks so much for the thoughtful responses. I had a nagging feeling that I would ultimately be losing out on building muscle, increasing metabolism and bone density.  It bums me out b/c I really needed a change. I think we need a post about adaptation!  That is the root of the problem.</description>
