Warning: I’m in a Bad Mood

It’s only Tuesday? You’re joking, right?

I have a total of about 10 sessions this week, which is how many I should have in a day. Fantastic, right? That’s why I’ve been gone- I’ve been huddled in a corner trying to figure out how i can pay my bills without hooking. Although, its looking more appealing by the day.

I have my writing, which helps, and I’ve been plugging away. Its hard to be moderately interesting creative when you feel you may have a nervous breakdown, but I’m doing my best.

So lets get a little more positive, shall we? My “vacation” has given me a chance to catch up on my writing, blogs, even submit some queries to magazines (which if you want to be a freelance writer, is probably the biggest deterant in the world. Basically, you write a letter to the magazine telling them the article you want to write for them, why they should publish it and why their readers would enjoy it. Then wait 3 months. And you can’t send the same idea to anyone else until you get rejected or you will be blacklisted from the writing community if both magazines actually choose to run with it.)

Yeah, Im mildly freakin out right now. But thats why I have a venue to rant, aka. this blog.

And while Im ranting- what is the blogosphere turning into these days? It blows me away how people can have huge platforms, with huge reader bases writing about something they are obviously passionate about or else they wouldn’t devote 3,986,416 hours a day to blogging about it- yet they refuse to discuss anything of importance or fascilitate any conversation whatsoever. Instead we get to look at myspace portrait after myspace portrait of them feeding themselves. Awesome. Self indulgence is way more interesting than learning from eachother.

Damn, that was supposed to be positive.

Oh yeah- fitness. Well, you can read this stuff. These are the other places I write. See, Im not lazy on this blog, I just have jobs at other blogs:

Gaiam: The Great Yoga Debate
Twirlit: The Foodie Phenomenon
Twirlit:Your Scale is a Liar
Kidglue:Busy Moms can Fit in Fitness
Kidglue:Sneaking in Vegetables
Breathe: Aches, Pains and Strains: The Darkside of Fitness

I’m having a HUGE giveaway on www.twirlit.com hopefully tomorrow. If you want an email alert, send me your email address at kelly@everygymsnightmare.com and I’ll send you an email alert when the giveaway is posted.

Alright, I’m going to the gym to work off this ‘tude.
