My Stupid Fitness Gadget rants at Twirlit.com have been upgraded to a weekly column, where I get to rant about all stupid fitness things (not that I don’t already.) But I need a name for it.
I need it to 1) say that I am a personal trainer and 2) say that its going to be a rant about some stupid fitness fad.
I was thinking “Personal Trainer’s Fitness Fit of the Week” But Im not sure.
Do you like that one, or have a better idea?
