I have a question that has absolutely nothing to do with your current post (although I did read your response to that jackass in Twirlit and I think it&#039;s great that you&#039;re standing up for yourself so eloquently...I probably just would&#039;ve sworn at him). 

ANYWAYS, I had my wisdom teeth out last Friday and I haven&#039;t had any appetite at all since then...which has resulted in me losing 7 pounds in 7 days. I&#039;ve been taking it really easy with exercise (well, I haven&#039;t exercised except for at work since I&#039;m a server and some walking around due to not having a vehicle) but I really want to go to a yoga class tonight. However, should I let my body recover and rest until I get my appetite back to prevent further weight loss? I&#039;m at a good weight (I&#039;m 140 pounds and 5&#039;11 BEFORE the weight loss) so I really don&#039;t want to lose any more weight and I want to let my body heal before I start to push it again.
