		<description>true true. i didnt mean to downplay the role of ab exercises. they are very important to slimming and firming the middle section.  I just didnt want people to think that doing abs all day long will cure it. its definately a combo.

		<description>I know Ms. Kelly gives perfect advice.  And I just had to say that I have or rather had (been going way down) a lot of belly fat and pubis fat.  But I do 200 abs EOD and 50 leg lifts EOD (these are hard, trying to work up to more). I have noticed a huge diff. in my abs and fat just melting away.  The key is to switch up the ab routine a lot.</description>
