		<description>Wow, you nailed it.  &quot;Life Getting in the Way&quot; is really another term for excuses.  As harsh as that may sound.

I, too, am NOT a morning person.  But I tried doing workouts in the late afternoon, after work, and it was too hard to stick to it.  Not only because of distractions (husband up and about, family, etc) but because I was always weighed down and tired after dinner.

Early morning workouts saved my ass.  It sucked at first, but now going to bed at 10 and getting up at 6 is a breeze.  

Having a dog helps a lot, I found.  The dog needs to be walked first thing in the morning.  So, I have to get up everyday at the same time no matter what.  Plus, the 15-20 minute doggie patrol warmed me up for the workout I would start after the dog walk.  Works great!</description>
