At Every Gym’s Nightmare, we want to share a very simple idea: losing weight and getting in shape is a lot simpler and a lot less expensive than you might think. Our content and efforts will help drive that point home.

We are creating a few blogs and a social network geared towards folks who want to make a difference in the world around them.
